The Courting Club – Membership & Events Terms

Please read these Terms carefully before joining The Courting Club or attending any of our gatherings.

By becoming a member or purchasing an event ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Eligibility

To join The Courting Club, you must:

• be aged 45–65

• be single

• agree to our Courting Rules

• provide accurate information during signup

We reserve the right to decline or cancel memberships that do not meet these criteria.

2. Membership Types

Free Membership

Grants access to email updates and public event invitations.

Paid Membership (Monthly / Yearly)

Provides priority booking, member-only events, discounts, and other benefits described on the Membership page.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Payments are processed securely by Wix and/or Stripe.
We do not store card details.

Members may cancel their plan at any time through the My Account page.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partially used billing cycles.

4. Event Attendance

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:

• behave respectfully and in line with the Courting Rules

• attend on time

• respect other guests’ boundaries

• refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behaviour

We may refuse entry or remove guests who violate these principles.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

5. Safety & Conduct

We aim to create a warm, respectful environment.
We are not responsible for the behaviour or actions of other attendees.
If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please notify the host immediately.

Harassment, aggression, or inappropriate conduct may result in membership termination.

6. No Guarantees

The Courting Club provides opportunities for social connection.
We do not guarantee romantic outcomes, compatibility, or introductions.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy.
Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Members may not share other guests’ personal information without consent.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
